From the A-NZ Peppol All Stakeholders Working Group, it was agreed that creating smaller focus groups to deal with identified topics would be the best way to work through these items before presenting findings back to the main working group.
The Consistent Data Mapping Focus Group was established as issues have been raised by various stakeholders around inconsistency / misinterpretation of some data fields e.g. purchase order number and buyer reference numbers are sometimes not distinguished which causes issues for the receiver's systems or processes. In the focus group stakeholders are prompted to share issues, experiences and mapping decisions.
