ABSIA recently sought nominations of interest from Members to join three of the OpenPeppol eDelivery Community working groups. Each of these groups have been newly established to support the Peppol eDelivery Community and Change Management Boards. The purpose of the groups is to help with the upcoming transfer from AS2 to AS4, the SML ownership change and opportunities to enhance security among other activities related to each of the group areas.

ABSIA now has a representative for each of the working groups who will report back to ABSIA and Members about the happenings of these groups. Such updates will either be shared in the Forum or via email when necessary.

The representatives for the working groups above are:

  • Sam Hassan for WG-AS4
  • Terry Goodman for WG-SML/SMP
  • Rick Harvey for WG-Enhanced Security

Through this process, three other ABSIA Members were also nominated and will participate in the working groups. ABSIA Members now comprise 23% of the OpenPeppol eDelivery Working Groups. For more information about OpenPeppol working groups and how to join them, please click here.

To support our representatives, ABSIA Members are encouraged to participate in discussions and take appropriate action on the information shared by representatives in the Forum.
