The first review of the Security Standard for Add-on Marketplaces (SSAM) wrapped up at the end of September. In this session, review lead
Matthew Prouse shared the review outcomes and changes made to the standard. Find more information about the SSAM

About the Speaker
Matthew Prouse is a DSPANZ Director who has worked closely on the Security
Standard for Add-
on
Marketplaces (SSAM) since its creation in 2018.
Matthew is also the Head of Industry at Xero where he helps connect government agencies, policymakers, accountants, bookkeepers,
business owners and software developers to the digital economy. He regularly represents the software, accounting and small business
industries in Australia and New Zealand connecting them with parliament, tax authorities and other key government agencies. Prior to
joining Xero seven years ago, he spent eight years as an accountant in public practice in Western Australia.
