Over the past few months DSPANZ, along with other organisations, has been working with the Attorney-General's Department on the creation of the RegTech Award Compliance Strategic Working Group or RACSWG. We are currently co-Chairing the Working Group with the Attorney-General's Department.
The Attorney-General's Department is now calling for Expressions of Interest from Digital Service Providers (DSPs) who would like to
participate in the strategic working group. Find more information about the RACSWG and how you can submit an EOI below.
About the RACSWG
The RACSWG is a representative advisory group intended to facilitate collaboration with DSPs, the Attorney-General's Department and portfolio agencies, in relation to progressing the department's Regulatory Technology Roadmap for Modern Awards.
The purpose of the Working Group is to support and enable innovation and uptake in the technology solutions that assists businesses to better understand and comply with modern awards and the Fair Work Act 2009, in line with the Roadmap. The group will foster a collaborative co-design partnership between government and DSPs on those matters.
