Our 2024-25 Annual Report provides an overview of DSPANZ's activities, member engagement and ongoing work with government over the past year.
The 2024-25 year was a year of anticipation and groundwork for Digital Service Providers (DSPs) and the broader business software sector across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Governments on both sides of the Tasman are progressing reforms that will ultimately be delivered through software experiences, while the scale and pace of change continue to grow. DSPs are increasingly expected to implement complex policy and system updates faster, within tighter consultation windows and an evolving regulatory environment.
This Annual Report captures a year in which DSPANZ helped the sector prepare for significant reforms, strengthened trans-Tasman collaboration, enhanced best-practice guidance on security and privacy, and ensured that DSP voices shaped the design and delivery of government change.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to enabling deliverable policy outcomes, supporting members through implementation, and sustaining a secure, efficient digital ecosystem for businesses and government across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
