DSPANZ held our 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 18 October at 3pm AEDT The current DSPANZ Board, Nominated Directors and DSPANZ
Members were all invited to attend the AGM virtually.
President's Report
Matthew Prouse presented the President's Report for 2023. In his report, Matthew acknowledged the work of our members across Australia and New Zealand; the changing landscape DSPs are currently operating in; our continued partnerships with government agencies, particularly the ATO and Inland Revenue; and finally thanked continuing and outgoing DSPANZ Directors, Committee Chairs and staff.

Financial Report
Treasurer Erin Adams presented the Financial Report for 2023. A copy of our financial reports for the period ending 30 June 2023 can be accessed in our 2022-23 Annual Report.
The Financial Report was accepted.
Appointment of Directors
As the Director nominations did not exceed the number of vacant positions available on the Board, no voting was required at the AGM. Nominated Directors Mike Behling and Simone Dixon were welcomed back to the DSPANZ Board for 2024.
Following the AGM, the Board met to establish the office bearers for 2024. As a result, the following office bearers were elected:
- President - Matthew Prouse
- Vice President - Simone Dixon
- Secretary - Mike Behling
- Treasurer - Erin Adams
