DSPANZ held our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 27 November 2025. The current DSPANZ Board, Nominated Directors and DSPANZ Members were all invited to attend the AGM virtually.
Thank you to everyone who joined us online and contributed to a productive year-end reflection.
President Report
Chris Denney reflected on DSPANZ’s achievements and initiatives over the past year and thanked members for their ongoing enthusiasm, input, and engagement. He noted that members remain central to DSPANZ’s purpose, and that their participation in meetings, working groups, and in-person events continues to shape the organisation’s direction and impact.
Chris also highlighted what DSPANZ has delivered with a small two-person team, a committed volunteer Board, emphasising that the organisation’s performance reflects the collective dedication of our members and Directors to the business software sector.
Looking ahead, Chris noted that 2026 will be another busy year. DSPANZ will remain focused on delivering services and experiences members
value, supporting members and stakeholders through implementation, and advocating for practical, feasible, and deliverable policy outcomes
that benefit DSPs and strengthen the broader business software industry.

Treasurer Report
Treasurer Belinda Stewart presented the Financial Report, noting that DSPANZ maintained a stable and sustainable financial position across 2024–25.
DSPANZ is well placed to meet operational and compliance obligations and to continue actively working on behalf of member interests. Expenditure remained consistent with prior periods, reflecting ongoing investment in staff capability, governance, and member focused activities.

Appointment of Directors
DSPANZ welcomed new Director, Nathan Kerr and Directors Belinda Stewart, Chris Denney, Charles Gillman, Emily Curlewis, Erin Adams, Matthew Prouse, Simone Dixon, and Paul Orford were welcomed back to the DSPANZ Board for 2026.
We also acknowledge and thank Collette Betts and Mike Behling, Both will remain actively involved with DSPANZ, and we are grateful for their leadership, time, and long-standing contributions to the organisation and sector. We thank Mike for his contributions over the years.
Following the AGM, the Board met to establish the office bearers for 2026. As a result, the following office bearers were elected:
President: Chris Denney
Vice President: Simone Dixon
Secretary: Mike Behling
Treasurer: Belinda Stewart
