New Limits on
Fixed Term Contracts
From 6 December, there will be new limits on using fixed term contracts, including a maximum 2-year contract period and no more than 2
consecutive contracts (exceptions apply). The Fair Work Commission will be able to deal with disputes
about fixed term contracts.
