Your Future, Your Super Measure
The Your Future, Your Super (YFYS) measure has recently passed both Houses of Parliament and will be in effect as of 1 July 2021 with the stapling and benchmarking measures coming into effect on 1 November 2021. DSPANZ is currently engaged with the ATO in the development of the administrative design to support Phase 2 of these changes.

A-NZ Peppol E-invoicing Showcase
E-invoicing is gathering momentum with a growth in participants across Australia and New Zealand during 2021. Join DSPANZ on Thursday 27 May from 2pm - 3.30pm AEST / 4pm - 5.30pm NZT to hear about what DSPANZ members and the Australian and New Zealand governments are doing to bring Peppol e-invoicing to businesses and government agencies on both sides of the Tasman.
2021-22 Australian Budget Wrap Up for DSPs
The 2021-2022 Federal Budget contained a few exciting announcements for Digital Service Providers (DSPs) around the digital economy, e-invoicing, cyber security, CDR and deregulation. This included a $1.2 billion investment in the government's digital economy strategy and $134.6 million going towards deregulation measures.

ABSIA is now DSPANZ
Over the weekend, ABSIA rebranded as the Association of Digital Service Providers Australia New Zealand or DSPANZ (dee-spanz) for short. Our new name and branding is public acknowledgment of the increasingly central role our organisation plays in supporting software developers in Australia and New Zealand.
