There are four sponsorship packages and five exhibitor spaces available at the 2021 ABSIA Annual Conference.

Sponsors at the 2019 Conference

2021 Sponsorship & Exhibitor Packages

With an enviable track record of bringing government and industry leaders togher, the 2021 ABSIA Annual Conference will provide insightful conversations and influential networking opportunities throughout the two days and into the early evenings over drinks and canapés. 

The conference will also afford sponsors and exhibitors excellent exposure at both industry and government levels leading up to, on the days and post conference.

Exhibitor Package

Display your company's banner, promote your business and sell your wares during the breaks and the post conference networking drinks and canapés. 

There are 5 exhibitor packages available.   This package includes

  • Pre and post conference exposure through ABSIA's channels including:
    • Conference promotional emails
    • ABSIA newsletters
    • Social media content
  • Exhibition space (3.0m x 1.8m) including table for collateral, power for display and floor space for your banner in the prominent breaks and networking area
  • 1 seat at either day of the conference and a 10% discount on further seat purchases for your employees
  • Business logo included as an Exhibitor on the 2021 Conference website pages

TOTAL INVESTMENT - $1000 plus GST (per day)

Silver Sponsorship Package

Promote your company in the food and beverage area during morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and have your collateral on all conference tables. 

This package includes:

  • Pre and post conference exposure through ABSIA's channels including:
    • Conference promotional emails
    • ABSIA newsletters
    • Social media content
  • Your logo identified as the Silver Sponsor on the 2021 Conference website pages and in the above activities
  • Your banner displayed in the food and beverage area throughout the conference
  • Small logo signage and/or business cards (supplied by your business) to be distributed throughout the food and beverage area during the breaks
  • Your company's promotional literature (supplied by your business) to be placed on all tables inside the conference room
  • 1 seat at either day of the conference and a 10% discount on further seat purchases for your employees

TOTAL INVESTMENT - $3,000 plus GST

Gold Sponsorship Package

The Gold Sponsor will provide the networking drinks and canapés at the conference and will address the crowd as the final speaker for the day. 

This package includes:

  • Pre and post conference exposure through ABSIA's channels including:
    • Conference promotional emails
    • ABSIA newsletter
    • Social media content
  • Your logo identified as the Gold Sponsor and also an Exhibitor on the 2021 Conference website pages and in the above activities
  • Final on-stage presentation to the conference audience - 10 minutes
  • Banner inside the conference room throughout the event on your
    chosen day
  • Exhibition space (3.0m x 1.8m) including table for collateral, power for display and floor space for your banner in the prominent break and networking area
  • 2 seats at the conference and a 10% discount on further seat purchases for your employees

TOTAL INVESTMENT - $7,500 plus GST

Platinum Sponsorship Package

The Platinum Sponsor is the major conference sponsor and have their presence felt at every stage during the day. 

This package includes:

  • 20 minute presentation to the conference audience (content to be approved by ABSIA)
  • Pre and post conference exposure through ABSIA's channels including:
    • Conference promotional emails
    • ABSIA newsletters
    • Social media content
  • Your logo identified as both the Major Sponsor and an Exhibitor on the 2021 Conference website pages and in the above activities
  • 2 editorial opportunities in the ABSIA newsletter in the lead up to the conference (content to be approved by ABSIA)
  • Corporate banner displayed on stage throughout the conference 
  • Exhibition space (3.0m x 1.8m) including table for collateral, power for display and floor space for your banner in the prominent break and networking area
  • Your company’s promotional literature to be placed on all tables inside the Conference room
  • 4 seats at the conference and 10% discount on further seat purchases for your employees

TOTAL INVESTMENT - $15,000 plus GST
